Our Story

A Place to Belong.

The Meeting Place grew from a simple vision: a space where immigrants find not only resources, but belonging, dignity, and hope. Built through years of partnership across Western North Carolina, it brings legal, language, and community support together under one welcoming roof.

Today, it stands as a reflection of that dream: a place where all people, no matter where they come from, can find support, build relationships, and feel at home.
